St. Petersburg Hotel

A boutique hotel inside a historic tenement. The brief was to give the space a contemporary rhythm without losing the 19th-century voice: vaults, brick, cast iron.

Every new intervention is deliberately separated from the historic layer — a different elevation, a different material. Palette dark and warm; lighting intimate; furniture partly built from sketches.
